The food is not bad, however it is not “the best in Hidalgo” either. I have eaten in better tasting restaurants. For example, tortilla soup is far from a traditional soup and meat juices and mushroom soup have the same base, bland by the way. The place is perceived as something nice. However, the waiters have not given me the attention that one might expect from a place that claims to be "the best" in a given region. They take time to attend to a request as simple as bringing sauce to your table, which by the way they do not have sauce of any kind except BBQ, BBQ Habanero among others that are mass produced; instead of the traditional sauce they bring you bullfighting chiles that they add to the bill (I mention this because in other places they are part of the service) They do not have a large enough parking lot, especially when they hold events in a room attached to the restaurant. Which causes you to park on the avenue. In conclusion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Small place but with a pleasant atmosphere, it has good attention and the place is very pleasant, the lighting gives the right touch, the food is good and very well prepared but without being excellent, it is recommended if you want to look good. Nice place, I liked the natural theme, the taste and timing of the food was very good, the attention was always there, you have to take care of its cleanliness even if it doesn't seem like it. The atmosphere created by their modern music is good, but if you want to talk, I don't think you'd like to have the high speakers. And parking is so hard to access that it doesn't even look like parking.
