★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad llamé con mes y medio de anticipación y nunca me dijeron que debía llevar a la perrita vacunada, le comenté al veterinario que la perrita era rescatada y por lo tanto no tenía idea de sus vacunas pero que yo solo deseaba darle protección para evitar que terminara embarazada y lastimada y me dijo que no podía, yo entiendo su posición pero nunca se me avisó nada y llamé como 5 veces. En fin, ojalá pudieran mejorar su servicio con respecto a la información.
The truth is, I called a month and a half in advance and they never told me that I should take the vaccinated dog, I told the vet that the dog was rescued and therefore I had no idea about her vaccinations but that I only wanted to give her protection to prevent her from She ended up pregnant and injured and she told me she couldn't, I understand her position but I was never told anything and I called about 5 times. In short, I wish they could improve their service regarding information.
