También se han quedado internados y todo bien. Lo que podría mejorar es la recepción ya que las sillas de espera están todas rotas y en la atención al cliente a veces hay caras de "pocos amigos". Es difícil buscar un lugar para estacionarse por la ubicación y a veces suele haber mucha espera, pero eso pasa en cualquier hospital. Mal trato Mala actitud Pero sobre todo, POCO AMOR a los animalitos. Mi perrita traía una lesión en la columna y ni siquiera eso pudieron ver. Suministraron medicamento INAPROPIADO para el padecimiento que se supone traía Cuando le comente a la que la recibió, argumento que eso no debían de revisar. Entro por un dolor en el abdomen y en la radiografía NO se tomo el tiempo de revisar toda la radiografía. Turno de la noche (Se llamaba Andrea) El de la mañana Jose Delgado ni siquiera sabia usar el ultrasonido. Tenía que esperar a que llegara otro medico para poder sacar las tomas. No nos dejo grabar la interpretación de las 2das radiografías. Los 2 médicos unos PREPOTENTES, MAL ENCARADOS y GROSEROS. Tengan mucho cuidado con este "hospital " Terrible service! La recepcionista es realmente inútil, no sabe expresarse, ni comunicar un mensaje de manera adecuada, llegue con una emergencia y me dicen que los médicos están de las 9 de la noche a las 6 de la mañana que si quería dejara internado a mi mascota, eso no tiene lógica, no me ayudaron en nada. Awful! Sin embargo el trato hacia mi mascota fue muy cordial y los precios se me hicieron coherentes. Sugiero solo.mejoren el manejo en recepción. Llevé a mi perrita y me dijeron que podía tener parvovirus con posibilidad de salvarse un 50%. Después fui con otro veterinario y diagnosticaron a mi perrita solo una gastritis que con un antibiótico a los 30 min. ya se veía mejorada. Poca ética por parte del personal de Animal Care. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!
