★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy mal diagnóstico de los veterinarios, a mi perro lo mordió un pitbull y se le comenzó a hacer una bolita en cerca de donde tenía la herida (cabe aclarar que ahí le dieron atención y lo suturaron el día que el pitbull mordió a mi perrito) entonces decidimos volver a llevarlo y nos dijeron que no era nada relacionado con la mordida, primero nos dijeron que era un músculo inflamado y al final nos cobraron otra consulta aparte por que según ellos tenía un virus en el estómago. Lo tuve que llevar con otro veterinario por qué no había nada de mejoraría y resultó que la bolita era pura pus que se le estaba acumulando cerca de la herida
 Terrible service, very bad diagnosis from the vets, my dog was bitten by a pit bull and it began to make a little ball near where he had the wound (it should be noted that they gave him attention there and sutured him the day the pit bull bit my puppy) so we decided to take him again and they told us that it was nothing related to the bite, first they told us that it was an inflamed muscle and in the end they charged us for another separate consultation because according to them he had a virus in his stomach. I had to take him to another vet because there was nothing to improve and it turned out that the ball was pure pus that was accumulating near the wound

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en el lugar la persona que me atendió no era veterinario, no me quería decir si cédula profesional ya que no era un veterinario, y me trató de forma grosera y nada profesional.
Me dijeron que mi gato estaba sumamente grave por una cortada que tenía en una patita y que tendría que hacer transfusiones de sangre y que posiblemente perdería su patita, no hicieron otra cosa más que asustarme y alarmarme, sin embargo, lo saqué de esa veterinaria debido al mal trato y en la otra veterinaria me dijeron que no era tan grave la cortada, que no ocupaba transfusiones y con la atención adecuada y buenos cuidados se recuperó mi gato.
Terrible service, in the place the person who attended me was not a veterinarian, he did not want to tell me if he had a professional license since he was not a veterinarian, and he treated me rudely and unprofessionally.
They told me that my cat was extremely serious due to a cut on one leg and that he would have to have blood transfusions and that he would possibly lose his leg, they did nothing but scare and alarm me, however, I took him from that vet because due to poor treatment and the other veterinarian told me that the cut was not so serious, that he did not need transfusions and with the proper attention and good care my cat recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es caro (no abusan con los precios) y están muy equipados, son profesionales. Lo recomiendo mucho, es un servicio de calidad. Está abierto realmente las 24 horas y atienden muy bien, pasan rápido a los pacientes y los revisan a profundidad. Todos muy amables.
It is not expensive (they do not abuse the prices) and they are very equipped, they are professionals. I highly recommend it, it is a quality service. La doctora que nos atendió nunca pudo dar diagnóstico a pesar de sacar varios análisis y a final de cuentas, mi mascota falleció.
Al solicitar historial medico completo para analizar el procedimiento, me dieron un reporte (mediocre) y encima, sin resultados de los analisis anexados y con errores de información, deja mucho que desear ya que dan a entender que no están al tanto de los animales, falta de profesionalismo en todo su esplendor.
El historial medico lo tuve que casi exigir para tenerlo.
Personally very bad service.
The doctor who treated us was never able to give a diagnosis despite taking several tests and in the end, my pet died.
When requesting a complete medical history to analyze the procedure, they gave me a (mediocre) report and on top of that, without attached analysis results and with information errors, it leaves much to be desired since they imply that they are not aware of the animals, Lack of professionalism at its best.
The medical history I almost had to demand to have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda mi peor y única experiencia que voy a tener ahí, nunca obtuve la atención necesaria, jamás obtuve algún contacto para aclarar mis dudas y parece que solo les importa cobrarte para después deshacerse de ti. Como comentario final es obvio que mi mascota murió ya que por más que intentaba contactar o solicitar alguna ayuda me daban largas o simplemente me ignoraban dándome de excusa algún pago imaginario solo para sacarme dinero. Un asco de lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar para solicitar atención de urgencia para las mascotas, sin importar el día ni la hora. Tienen estudios de rayos X y laboratorio, el tiempo de espera puede ser un poco prolongado. Tiene estacionamiento en la entrada.
