★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por error fui a ese lugar ya que mi veterinaria me envió a otro lugar hacer un examen sanguíneo y le mostré la referencia y nunca me aclaro que no era ahy yo iba muy preocupado por la salud de mi cachorro y la pico varias veces y no fue capaz de obtener la muestra de sangre hasta que llamo a su colega, 2 hr con 30 min les tomo de tiempo para obtener la muestra, aparte me dijo que probablemente el mismo día entregarían los resultados o a más tardar el siguiente día de trabajo habil ya que era Sábado, me dijeron que el Lunes temprano por seguro ya me llamarían para darme los resultados y no me llamaron, llo trate de contactarlos por medio de WhatsApp con textos y varias llamadas al igual que a las 2 líneas de teléfono que aparecen en el sitio de internet o el recibo de pago, fueron mínimo 15 intentos los que hice hoy es Martes y no he recibido ni ok mensaje o una llamada para hacerme saber que está pasando, definitivamente no regreso a ese lugar y no lo recomiendo, perdón por decir las cosas tal cual son.
By mistake I went to that place since my veterinarian sent me to another place to do a blood test and I showed him the reference and it was never clear to me that it was not there and I was very worried about the health of my puppy and I picked it up several times and it was not able to obtain the blood sample until I call his colleague, 2 hr and 30 min it took them time to obtain the sample, apart from that he told me that they would probably deliver the results the same day or at the latest the next working day since It was Saturday, they told me that Monday early for sure they would call me to give me the results and they did not call me, I tried to contact them through WhatsApp with texts and several calls as well as the 2 phone lines that appear on the site From the internet or the payment receipt, there were a minimum of 15 attempts that I made today is Tuesday and I have not received an ok message or a call to let me know what is happening, I definitely do not return to that place and I do not recommend it, sorry for saying thethings as they are.
