★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron a mi perrito con una cortada en una pata, dijeron que se movió en el corte de pelo. Solo le pusieron una pomada, claramente es una cortada que necesita suturas y no me dijeron nada. Al día siguiente lo tuve que llevar con mis propios recursos a suturar. Mínimo eso tuvieron que haber hecho.
They gave me my little dog with a cut on one leg, they said he moved in the haircut. They only put an ointment on it, clearly it's a cut that needs stitches and they didn't tell me anything. The next day I had to take him with my own resources to suture. At least that should have been done.

They are not responsible, they do not see for the good of the animals and apart from that they do not recognize mistakes as adult people and a lousy professional I do not recommend them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para dejar a los animalitos, además paso por el de Narvarte y los perritos llorando todo el tiempo, no los atienden cuando los dejan los dueños en la pensión. También veo que por todos lados hay quejas de este lugar, no entiendo porque los dueños no denuncian formalmente, yo creo tampoco quieren a sus mascotas.
The worst place to leave the animals, I also go through Narvarte and the puppies cry all the time, they don't attend to them when the owners leave them at the boarding house. I also see that there are complaints about this place everywhere, I don't understand why the owners don't formally report it, I don't think they want their pets either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them not to blow dry the dog and they ignored me. My pup jumped off the table with the leash around his neck and the groomers laughed while he hung in the air. I asked them again to just give me my dog and they ignored me. Put him on another table with an even tighter leash. These people don’t know how to handle a nervous dog. F them.
