★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algún tiempo llevo a todos mis perros a bañar y a que les corten el pelo en este lugar y había sido medianamente buen servicio, hasta el día de hoy.
Ayer hablé para hacer cita de baño y corte a uno de mis perros y pedí que pasaran a recogerlo y luego lo devolvieran (tienen servicio a domicilio) y mi perro llegó más de una hora después y sólo lo habían bañado, no le habían cortado el pelo y pretendían cobrarme ambos servicios, además lo trajeron caminando. Cuando llegaron a cobrarme, los empleados no tenían ni la menor idea del servicio ni del precio, de verdad PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! No vuelvo a llevar a mis perros a ese lugar !
Some time ago I took all my dogs to bathe and have their hair cut in this place and it had been fairly good service, to this day.
Yesterday I talked to make a bath appointment and cut one of my dogs and asked to pick it up and then return it (they have home delivery) and my dog arrived more than an hour later and they had only bathed him, they had not cut the hair and they tried to charge me both services, they also brought him walking. When they got to charge me, the employees had no idea of the service or the price, really LOUD SERVICE !!! I don't take my dogs back to that place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, buen trato pero mi perrita llego mordida, cuando me la entregaron a domicilio me dijeron que era muy mordelona y se me hizo raro el comentario, pero más tarde que la acaricié vi que tenía una herida en la cabecita, supongo que la mordió otro perro.

Lo que no me parece y por eso cambiaré de estética es que no tengan tolerancia y si marcas y les pides unos minutos para ir por tu mascota les valga y cierren. Cuando se está dando un servicio y un cliente avisa o pide que se le den 10 minutos; hay que esperar. Tengo un negocio de servicio y jamás he dejado a un cliente sin su producto o por llegar 5-10 minutos tarde. Mucho menos si avisan. Cuando se tiene un negocio así es. Tacha para los dueños de este lugar.
