★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept is great. The decor is different and interesting. The food was exceptional. I had the shrimp and a side of beans. Both were prepared in a unique way and were very good.
The service was horrible. I ordered a glass of wine twice. It never came so I went to the bar for drinks. This was a Sunday night and the restaurant was not busy. They have no craft beer of any kind. The waiter was unclear as to whether they were out or they never planned to have any.
I was never sure who our waiter was. We had to flag sometime down each time we needed something. If it weren't for the beverage situation I would give them another chance. It could be that the B team were on duty that night. But I love all IPA before dinner.
It was VERY cold in the restaurant and the windows were open. I suggest you bring a light jacket.

Ontiveros and Guadalupe were our servers and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the menu and gave great recommendations. I had the sirloin and it’s was phenomenal! Would 10/10 recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea what I was walking into when coming here since it was recommend through a friend of a friend — but it was SO good!
The vibe is immaculate and interesting, (music could be slightly lower), the food was very delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. And my god the service was A1. You could sneeze and someone would maybe wipe your nose for you (kidding but that’s how attentive everyone was). They realized quickly that my Spanish was poor, so sent over someone that spoke English to take care of us. It was lovely.
We had the Animal roll and ceviche to start and they were a party in your mouth - super fresh. Then moved on to the charred ribeye which was cooked perfectly.
All in all, my favorite dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place with a good experience if you want to eat and go after you finish.
We ordered aguachile, steak, tacos, chicharrón de pescado, oysters, tuétanos cheesecake and fosfo cake cake along with cone drinks.
Only thing is that the steak, although was good, it was not great and of course not worth for the high value. Also, we like to stay at the table after we eat to chat and have some drinks, and the service came every five minutes. We felt pressure as if they wanted us to ask for the check and leave.
This could never happen in these kind of places. Not after a $8k check. That's why it doesn't deserve five stars.

What stands out beyond the food is the service. They are extremely attentive at every turn. Shout out to Diego, Aldair and Henry for the excellent service. What a treat!
