★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, esterilizaron a mi coneja y le dejaron un pedazo de útero dentro, el cual se infectó y empezó a producir pus, yo había llevado a revisión a mi coneja a los 15 días y la volvieron a operar porque según tenía una hernia, en la recuperación de la segunda operación a los 18 días tuve que salir corriendo de emergencia con otro veterinario que por medio de radiografías y ultrasonido vió el problema y la operaron de emergencia para salvarle la vida... Con ellos (segundos veterinarios) si me mostraron los estudios y videos y fotografías de la operación, que le quitaron y todo el procedimiento. No arriesguen a sus mascotas con Animal City...

Desgraciadamente murió por panleucopenia felina; enfermedad generalmente mortal y que se adquiere en animales sin vacuna. Mi gato fue el caso por ser adoptado y recibido con aparente cuadro de vacunas completo (ahora entiendo que no fue cierto) y eso no es culpa del veterinario pero si el tratamiento en el cual le colocaron una sonda y sufrió dolores y aislamiento que se le hubieran evitado con el diagnóstico correcto.
La doctora que lo recibió, dio como problema, inflamación intestinal y diarrea a pesar del deteriro fisico que presentó mi mascota.
Lo dejamos hospitalizado y al dia siguiente lo vimos peor y ella insistia en que mejoraría; cuando le solicitamos que lo durmiera para evitar sufrimiento, nos señalo que consideraba inhumano dormirlo por una simple diarrea.
Solicitamos que nos lo entregara y lo llevamos con otro veterinario que al ver sus resultados de laboratorio, nos dio la noticia de que tenia parvovirus felino y que por la condición de mi gatito, no tenia sentido hacerlo sufrir y nos entendió la solicitud de eutanasia. En fin, acudimos a este lugar y entiendo que fallamos en la elección por la falta de preparación de la veterinaria; hubiéramos evitado sufrimiento a nuestro amigo.

Terrible diagnosis of my kitten's problem.
Unfortunately he died of feline panleukopenia; Generally fatal disease that is acquired in animals without vaccine. My cat was the case because it was adopted and received with an apparent complete vaccination chart (now I understand that it was not true) and that is not the fault of the veterinarian but the treatment in which they placed a probe and suffered pain and isolation that was they would have avoided with the correct diagnosis.
The doctor who received it, gave as a problem, intestinal inflammation and diarrhea despite the physical damage that my pet presented.
We left him hospitalized and the next day we saw him worse and she insisted that he would improve; When we asked him to put him to sleep to avoid suffering, he pointed out that he considered it inhuman to put him to sleep because of a simple diarrhea.
We requested that he deliver it to us and we took him to another veterinarian who, upon seeing his laboratory results, gave us the news that he had feline parvovirus and that due to the condition of my kitten, it made no sense to make him suffer and he understood our request for euthanasia. Anyway, we went to this place and I understand that we failed in the choice due to the lack of preparation of the veterinarian; we would have spared our friend suffering.
