Si acudes al servicio tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
Llega temprano, comienzan a atender a las 8:00 am
Las esterilización se lleva a cabo únicamente los días lunes y miércoles.
Lleva tu copia de INE.
Lleva a tu mascota y una cobijita (gatos en transportadora y perros con correa)
El pago se realiza en Oxxo, el personal te entregará una hoja para q con esos datos hagas el depósito. $115.00 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es amplio con estacionamiento, el lugar no está donde haya mucho tráfico, la atención es buena en algunas personas, en otras no tanto, se cae en tiempo perdido por firmas y demás. Si vas debes tomar en cuenta que al menos estarás más de media hora o hasta más de una hora para que te resuelvan, así que lleva lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para hacer una cita para esterilización de mis gatitas. Nos dijeron que nos llamarían. Tardaron en llamar, pero lo hicieron. Nos dieron la cita para 3 días después y fuimos. Llegamos 45 minutos antes y nos atendieron directamente, con mucha amabilidad. El procedimiento fue muy rápido. En 10 minutos me las entregaron y nos explicaron qué hacer y cómo cuidarlas. Fué una muy buena experiencia. Ahora las Gatitas se recuperan satisfactoriamente. El costo fue de 130 pesos.

Es mejor chicos pues es más cómodo el llevártelo ya que se inquietan mucho en la espera no olvides copia del IN,y la cobija
