They always addressed with great respect and tact, it is very good because being a death, the situation warrants it. They respect your pain. At no time did they address my girl as "your dog" or "your pet" but as "your loved one", that is greatly appreciated, because whoever goes and hires a service like this is because they consider that being as their family, not one more animal. The place looks like a funeral home for human beings, there are armchairs and coffee. They offer packages with farewell ceremony or not. You can see when they put your loved one in the oven so you can make sure that the ashes they give you are theirs. You can choose different urns, customize the insert and the text it will have, etc. Widely recommended place to give a dignified farewell to your loved one.

Very expensive and if when asking for information by phone the person who answered me was rude and insensitive to the pain of the situation, I don't want to see how the treatment is in person. If your pet left this world, it is the perfect place to say goodbye to him. I attended this week to cremate my pet, most crematoriums make you hire a package and since you pay you will see if they have space, here at Animal Rest you pay when you arrive and since you arrive they are already waiting for you to give the body and they prepare it, they take you to the office and there is a wide variety of urns for ashes, miniature urns, charms to put a little ashes and you can always bring it, etc. From the first moment without respect and they understand the moment you are going through, they take you to a room to say goodbye to your pet and they ask you without wanting a dynamic for that moment, I don't know what it consists of since we don't require it, from there they take your pet and in the next door is the oven, you wait in that room and they ask you about the design and details of what you bought. I don't know if the price is high or low or average since it's the first time I went through this but I think it can be adjusted to any pocket depending on the material of the urn and if you want to buy other extras. 100% recommended since your pet deserves that and more. I don't give it 5 stars for 2 details, the first is that I think the walls need a little paint. And the second detail is that I acquired 3 charms with my pet's initial engraved on them sealed with a little ash, 1 of the 3 came unengraved and unsealed. (I didn't have to go back since they went to my home to pick up the pendant and correct the mistake).
