Por ningun motivo lleven ahí a sus mascotas, quieren tomar las medidas más drasticas posibles e irracionales. Lleve a mi perrito y lo querían operar, cuando otro doctor con una pastilla lo soluciono, mucho cuidado.

Lleve a mi perro para que lo revisaran porque estaba decaido y me dijeron que le tenian que hacer ultrasonido y despues sedarlo para sacarle rayos x, le pregunte si podiamos primero hacer el ultrasonido para ver si eran necesarios los rayos x y me dijo que no, que le hacia todo o no le hacia nada. Accedí a lo que me dijeron y apenas terminaron me dijeron que habia que operarla y que me cobraban 16 mil pesos sin saber que tenia, les dije que iba a ir con otro veterinario para una segunda opinon y me dijeron que si no la operaba con ellos no me podian dar la interpretacion de los rayos x, ni del ultrasonido. Se aprovechan de la preocupacion para sacar dinero. Afortunadamente fui a otro veterinario y me dio un diagnostico acertado y sin cobrarme ni una tercera parte de lo que querian en Animal's health. (Por cierto las personas que me atendieron eran practicantes!!!) DE VERDAD PESIMO LUGAR, Si quieren a sus mascotas no las lleven ahí!

Fortunately, I went to another veterinarian and he gave me a correct diagnosis and without charging me even a third of what they wanted in Animal's health. (By the way, the people who attended me were practitioners!!!) A REALLY BAD PLACE, if you love your pets, don't take them there!

La recepcionista súper grosera y cortante. Mi gata falleció, y contratamos un paquete de cremación con certificado, me dieron una fecha de entrega pasándose del día me entregaron las cenizas y cuando llamé la recepcionista sin ninguna amabilidad "si no te he llamado es porque no están". Se equivocaron de nombre en el certificado, pusieron mal mi apellido y la recepcionista súper de mala gana me dijo "Cobran por la corrección, así lo anotaste aquí" cuando la que anotó los datos fue la veterinaria. Le mandé un WhatsApp con los datos correctos y nunca me confirmó de recibido. Uno todavía va con el dolor de haber perdido a un integrante de la familia y ellos que no nos hacen ningún favor porque se les paga y nada barato, salen con esas cosas.

Llevamos a nuestro perrito muy en la madrugada porque había ingerido un hueso, sin revisar muy bien ya querían operar, a parte que el costo de la operación altísima 23,000 … uno lo ven preocupado y se aprovechan, fuimos a Animal center en plaza Zakia y el vet de ahí a distancia lo saco sin cirugía. No se me hace nada profesional operar por operar, cuando una cirugía siempre conlleva un riesgo. No lo recomendaría.

Pésimo servicio, lleve a mi perrito porqué tenía vomito y estaba sangrando por el recto, me dijeron que necesitaba hospitalizacion, que le iban hacer una prueba de sangre para ver que era lo que tenía, me hablan en la madrugada, que no le pudieron sacar sangre porqué ya había perdido mucha, que le tomaron unas placas y que necesita cirugía con un costo de 15 mil, a la cual no accedí, comente que al día siguiente iria por mi perrito, al momento de hacerme la cuenta, me cobraran la prueba de sangre, placas, ultrasonido y otras pruebas que le habían hecho, sin embargo no me dan el diagnostico argumentando que necesita más pruebas para llegar a éste, igual no accedí y el dueño muy insistente quería que lo esperara 40 minutos más en lo que le iba a ser una radiografía totalmente gratis que me iba a servir para su diagnostico. Me negué completamente y me lleve a mi perrito. Creo que solo buscan vender, hacer negocio y realmente no se preocupan por la salud de los animalitos.

Muy mal servicio, por parte de la recepcionista no tiene ni capacitación en nada referente a atención a cliente, no lleva un buen registro de mascotas internadas, cuando es hora de visita ni poder entrar porque no hay médico a cargo y no hay nadie que pueda atenderlo, las personas responsables son practicantes que no están capacitados para poder tener a cargo a tantas mascotas. Nadie tiene buena comunicación solo quieren estafar a las personas pero ni ellos se ponen de acuerdo, evítense la pena de llegar a este hospital solo harán daño a sus mascotas, si es de una emergencia hay más veterinarias con mejor atención y personal que si esté capacitado. Es tan mala la veterinaria que ni limpieza tienen ni la señora de mostrador tiene limpieza del área y su médico a cargo tampoco. Esto es una carnicería de mascotas tristemente.
