MR. THAT IT IS APPOINTED "VETERINARIAN" BECAUSE I DOUBT THAT IT IS AS I DIDN'T DIAGNOSE MY PET CORRECTLY AND HAVE IT PRACTICED BECAUSE IT WAS GOING TO TREAT IT AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS IN POOR CONDITION AND DYING.
