Ese mismo día en esa misma cita solicité consulta veterinaria para que me pudieran dar un diagnóstico y también para servicio de estética posterior a la cita. Llegando al parecer la Dra. no estaba disponible (se supone que para eso sacas cita) y me recibieron a mi perro entonces para servicio de estética, comenté que me interesaba saber qué es lo que tenía y me dijeron que regresara a cierta hora y ya que estuviera listo y que la Dra lo revisara me dirian. Para esto en ningún momento vi a la Dra únicamente tuve contacto con la chica de recepción (qué por cierto tiene una actitud bastante de flojera) en comparación con otra chica que también estaba ahí, ella si se porto muy amable en todo momento al momento de dejar y recoger a mi perro. El punto es que yo no soy de Huajuapan hago 2 horas de trayecto y fuí ese día específicamente para que me dijeran que tenía mi perro, para que al final cuando regresé tampoco me recibiera la Dra. Y únicamente me dijeran que lo que tenía era “un granito que solito se iba a quitar y únicamente revisara que mi perro no se lamiera” Han pasado varios días ya y obviamente no me quedé conforme con esa respuesta ( aparte me cobraron la consulta y ni siquiera estoy segura de si en realidad lo revisaron) por qué regrese hace un par de días por una segunda opinión o otro veterinario y afortunadamente desde el inicio el trato fue distinto, se me explicó el diagnóstico, le hicieron una citología, mi perro tenía un Pioderma Bacteriano Profundo que va a necesitar tratamiento farmacológico y no “solo un granito que solito se va a quitar ” Soy del área de la salud y tal vez si yo no tuviera tantito sentido común o desconociera algunos temas me podría haber quedado con esa respuesta que ni siquiera es un diagnóstico concreto. En fin, qué lástima de lugar, es muy bonito y agradable a la vista pero lo que importa más es un buen manejo y atención. Esta es mi experiencia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT I took my puppy for a Dermatopathy with a couple of months of evolution and that was a repeat offender. That same day in that same appointment I requested a veterinary consultation so that they could give me a diagnosis and also for aesthetic service after the appointment. Apparently, when the doctor arrived, she wasn't available (you're supposed to make an appointment for that) and they received my dog for a cosmetic service. I commented that I was interested in knowing what she had and they told me to come back at a certain time and that's it. that it was ready and that the doctor checked it, they would tell me. For this, at no time did I see the Dr. I only had contact with the girl at the reception (who, by the way, has a rather lazy attitude) compared to another girl who was also there, she was very kind at all times when drop off and pick up my dog. The point is that I am not from Huajuapan, I travel 2 hours and I went that day specifically to be told that I had my dog, so that in the end when I returned the doctor did not receive me either. And they only told me that what I had was " a pimple that was going to be removed by itself and I would only check that my dog did not lick it” Several days have passed and obviously I was not satisfied with that answer (aside from that they charged me for the consultation and I am not even sure if they actually checked it) Why did I return a couple of days ago for a second opinion or another veterinarian and fortunately from the beginning the treatment was different, the diagnosis was explained to me, they did a cytology, my dog had a Deep Bacterial Pyoderma that will need pharmacological treatment and not "just a pimple that will be removed by itself" I am from the health area and perhaps if I did not have a little common sense or was unaware of some issues I could have stayed with that answer that is not even a specific diagnosis. Anyway, what a shame about the place, it is very beautiful and pleasant to look at, but what matters most is good handling and attention. This is my experience.
