★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy padre. Los veterinarios muy profesionales, tienen muy buen cuidado con mis perritos, súper atentos. Primero llamé y el doctor escuchó todos los síntomas de mi perrita y me recomendó llevarla, tuvo muy buen trato y ya está súper recuperada.
The place is very cool. Very professional veterinarians, they take very good care of my puppies, super attentive. First I called and the doctor listened to all the symptoms of my dog and recommended that I take her, she was very well treated and she is already super recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno el hospital porque tienen equipo de vanguardia le hacen el estudio de sangre y resultados al momento igual que rayos x, los veterinarios son buenos, el horario para informarte o ver a tu mascota si esta internada es super limitado de 11am a 12am y de 3pm a 4pm, la verdad con lo que cobran debería de poder hablar a cualquier hora o ver a su mascota a cualquier (prudente) antes de las 8pm
The hospital is good because they have state-of-the-art equipment, they do blood tests and results at the same time as x-rays, the vets are good, the hours to inform you or see your pet if they are hospitalized are extremely limited from 11am to 12am and from 3pm to 4pm, the truth is that with what they charge you should be able to talk at any time or see your pet at any (prudent) before 8pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Anoche lleve a mi perrita porque estaba muy mal, el supuesto veterinario ni la reviso, le abrió un ojo, le vio la lengua y dijo que había que dormirla en cuanto supo su edad. Ni un medicamento, ni nada. Eso si el pago por adelantado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la recepcionista hasta el Dr que al parecer es el dueño. Cero tacto para mover a un animal enfermo. Además precios excesivos. No lo recomiendo para nada. Trato de manera muy brusca a mi perro enfermo, solo queriendo sacar dinero y la recepcionista en una actitud fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perrita (12 años) fue operada de emergencia por la Dra. Isabel e internada por dos días. Durante todo el proceso, el personal medico de Animalitos Interlomas fue muy atento a ella y nosotros –nos escuchaban, contestaban todas nuestras preguntas y eran empáticos.
Muchas gracias a la Dra. Isabel, Dra. María Antonieta, Dr. Francisco, a las enfermeras y a todo el equipo medico de Animalitos. De igual manera, muchísimas gracias a la Dra. Isabel por cuidar tan bien de mi perrita durante la cirugía y estar al pendiente de su recuperación (además, muchas gracias doctora por toda la atención que previamente nos había dado cuando atendió a mi otra perrita por gastritis).
My dog (12 years old) underwent emergency surgery by Dr. Isabel and was hospitalized for two days. Throughout the process, the medical staff at Animalitos Interlomas was very attentive to her and us – they listened to us, answered all our questions and were empathetic.
Many thanks to Dr. Isabel, Dr. María Antonieta, Dr. Francisco, the nurses and the entire medical team at Animalitos. Likewise, many thanks to Dr. Isabel for taking such good care of my dog during surgery and keeping an eye on her recovery (also, thank you very much, doctor, for all the attention you previously gave us when you treated my other dog for gastritis).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atentida en la parte hospitalaria a la media noche;con una urgencia para un una gatita rescatada de 3 semanas.
Excelente atención por parte de los 2 veterinarios que estaban de guardia. No conocía el lugar! Excelentes instalaciones; área para perros y otra para los gatos. Excelente aseo. No puedo más que recomendar el lugar ya que me dieron seguridad para el cuidado y trato hacia los animalitos!!!?. El único inconveniente es el alto costo económico para cada cuidado o servicio y si por desgracia no contamos con los recursos económicos no podemos hospitalizado un animalito rescatado. Son de primera???
I was treated in the hospital part at midnight, with an emergency for a rescued kitten of 3 weeks.
Excellent attention by the 2 veterinarians who were on duty. I did not know the place! Excellent facilities; area for dogs and another for cats. Excellent toilet. I can only recommend the place since they gave me security for the care and treatment of the animals!!!?. The only drawback is the high economic cost for each care or service and if unfortunately we do not have the financial resources we cannot hospitalize a rescued animal. They are first class ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por primera vez a Animalitos por una emergencia que tuve con mi cachorra, son 24/7 y fueron los únicos que me contestaron.
El trato fue espectacular desde el inicio. A pesar de los nervios por la situación, me sentí muy aliviado que caímos en buenas manos porque fueron de lo más profesional y todos trataron a mi cachorra literal como si fuera suya; tan es así que cambié del veterinario que le estaba aplicando las primeras vacunas a quedarme en Animalitos. Te explican de la A a la Z todo lo que necesitas saber y son pacientes con padres primerizos! Es increíble llevar a tus perrhijos con gente que ama a los animales.

I went to Animalitos for the first time due to an emergency that I had with my puppy, they are 24/7 and they were the only ones who answered me.
The treatment was spectacular from the beginning. Despite my nerves about the situation, I was very relieved that we fell into good hands because they were very professional and everyone treated my literal puppy as if she were their own; So much so that I changed from the vet who was giving him the first vaccines to stay at Animalitos. They explain everything you need to know from A to Z and are patient with new parents! It is amazing to take your dogs with people who love animals.
