I have been taking my dog ​​to the bathroom and consultations for about two years. About a month and a half ago they changed almost all the staff and since then they take about an hour longer than usual to deliver it to me (I always ask for the first appointment so that they don't have issues of delays in previous appointments). In the last bathroom appointment I had an appointment for 9am and the lady in charge arrived half an hour late and had a very bad attitude.

Yesterday we took a kitten, because on Saturday we sterilized her in a CDMX health center, but yesterday a point was opened and the wound was open 4 mm, but since the health center does not charge and has so many people, and very limited hours, that's why we take her to Animalitos, which is close to home. They cleaned her and put a micropore patch on her, and they gave us a diagnosis/estimate to open her up, remove dead tissue, and sew her up again, and obviously they would put her to sleep and do some blood tests. All this for the modest amount of $4,058.61 pesos, budget written on a "post it". When they gave me the budget, I obviously discarded the option of the intervention that they budgeted for us, because I realized that the mission of Animalitos is to make money, and not to ensure the health of pets. Due to the rush to see what our girl had a problem with her wound, we did not check references from Animalitos. I only paid $450.00 for the consultation and the cleaning, and the truth is that we did not follow the instructions that they gave us, because they did not trust us. Our kitty is now well, recovering from her sterilization, eating and sleeping very well, and playing with our other 24 cats that we have at home. I am sorry that the service has been like this, and hopefully they will change their procedures, because in this area there are many pets that deserve better treatment.

The service is excellent, they take great care of the animals and the facilities are in good condition. The price is completely worth it.

I do not agree that they make costs and take budgets before attending to a patient, I will not return of course.
