★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del equipo médico es excelente y se preocupan por mi perrita. Me encanta irlos a visitar tanto para citas con la Doctora como con el estilista Jorge los viernes. Lo único que no me da mucha confianza es que no tiene una puerta que impida que los perritos salgan corriendo de la tienda y está a unos metros de una calle muy transitada. Ojalá que lo resuelvan pronto con un cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE, en inicio era un lugar bueno y confiable, a mi mascota la atendía la veterinaria Samara, y muy acertada en todo lo que nos mandaba, pero ella se fue hace varios meses y en su lugar pusieron a otras que no tienen el conocimiento suficiente. Llevé a mi cachorrita a 3 consultas por un problema en la piel, y la primera vez me dijeron que no era nada, que no me preocupara, pero el problema persistía e insistí y volví a ir, solo le mandó Omega 3 y seguía diciendo que era un problema menor, obviamente no quedé satisfecho y busqué otra opinión y mi cachorrita tenía un problema en la piel que nunca me diagnosticaron, perdí tiempo hasta que llegué a este otro diagnóstico. No solo es eso, la última vez que llevé a bañar a mi cachorra, usualmente me marcaban en media hora, pero en esa ocasión había pasado más de una hora y marqué y me dijeron que aún no la bañaban porque no tenían agua, jamás me marcaron para ver si quería reagendar o por lo menos avisarme que mi perrita iba a estar encerrada todo ese rato, cuando llegué por ella me dijeron que justo acababa de llegar el agua y no me la podían dar mojada y tenía que esperar a que terminaran. A una amiga le ocurrió lo mismo, pero a ella le cobraron por adelantado el baño y no le quisieron devolver su dinero porque sus políticas no se lo permitían pero tampoco podían hacer el servicio porque no tenían agua, ABSURDO. De verdad TERRIBLE, jamás se aparezcan por ahí, no es una veterinaria, no cuenta con profesionales, es una simple tienda para comprar juguetes, no se toman en serio la integridad de tu mascota.

Really TERRIBLE, they never show up, it is not a veterinarian, it does not have professionals, it is a simple store to buy toys, they do not take the integrity of your pet seriously.
