I am a developer and I purchased Rheem equipment in Mexico and many times I have had to call because their equipment has failed. They send a third party company A&J Maintance that starts making excuses and ultimately says "poor installation" not matter what the problem is. The truth is, they do not want to honor any warranty or take responsibility. They hide behind their third party companies (in this case A&J Maintance Cancun) and leave you with nothing. In Mexico there is no consumer protection and companies like Rheem take advantage of that. Poor, buy from another manufacturer. A poor company that lies. Stay away.

I had a great experience with A&J Maintenance. Their technician Andres was able to fix my AC unit without a problem, the unit stopped cooling, so I requested a maintenance service for it; Once the technician started taking the unit apart he proceeded to clean the whole thing internally, then he started running some tests to see if it had any other problems and detected that a sensor was damaged. The Tech replaced the old parts with new original ones and was able to solve my problem. I'm very grateful, as he took the time to actually inspect and determine what was causing the problem and not guessing like others. The best part of it all is that I got a warranty for the part that was replace and the service provided! I definitely recommend A&J MAINTENANCE.
