My worst medical experience. Please read below and take good care of doctors like Dr. Annel. I went to receive treatment for ovarian cysts. After approx. 6 months with it I began to have irregular bleeding (it had never happened to me in my 28 years) I was very scared, I asked for telephone advice to find out if it was a normal effect of the treatment, it was rejected. In an appointment I commented that it did not seem right to me to pay to find out if it was a side effect of the treatment prescribed by the doctor, not only did the doctor make fun of me but she told me that it was better not to return. I left the office crying. I made an emergency appointment with another doctor, my cysts had become so large that they prohibited me from all physical activity (even jumping), since I had a high possibility of suffering ovarian torsion, which would inevitably lead to surgery. They told me that such cysts seemed to be the product of a fertility treatment (the one I received from the doctor Annel) (and I am not sterile as she told me I was) and they were extremely out of place for my background. I fully understand that medical treatments pay for themselves, but this person's lack of tact and empathy is totally out of place for their profession. After all the complications I had, I came to think that they were knowingly caused so that she could continue to charge for her consultations.

I have been with her for 2 years and she has only sent me to do studies when she thinks it is necessary and if not only she does my checkup and we see each other every 6 months, I like the service and the atmosphere of her office is pleasant.

And it does not seem that they invent dates in which you did not attend a consultation and they wanted to charge you and I say that they invent because with my analysis it is clear that I had not attended before the date that their assistant said. A good point is that the doctor checks you well at the appointment.

Very bad service, he only wants to charge and does not give you any diagnosis and if you are absent or want to postpone your consultation he does not respect. very bad experience and it was my first time with this doctor, terrible service, also has very old and absurd things. Zero recommended .....

She is a doctor who is not easy to deal with, she is not very empathetic. She's not that bad of a doctor, but she left for something very conventional. He did not give me treatment for a hormone that needed to be controlled and he did not send me to do more studies for something else when it was necessary.

I agree with terrible service, without professional ethics, I am supposed to provide a service, not to tell me about things. Plus last time he hurt me horribly. Fatal

She is a terrible doctor, a while ago my sister and my mother went to this pseudo-doctor, she is rude, she doubts what you say, if you make an appointment and cancel she wants to charge you for that appointment that was not attended. It forces you to say things that are not true and sends you to do a lot of studies just to keep paying. I hope they close it soon.
