Les comento, antes el SERVICIO a domicilio era bueno, pero cada vez me parece que NO capacitan a sus trabajadores, en especial a quienes toman la orden.
El día de ayer pedí 2 pizzas medianas de italiana, me las trajeron Hawaianas y pedimos que nos la cambiaran, se les hizo fácil y a mi parecer una grosería ponerle simplemente el chorizo encima y entregarla ya fría y poco presentable.
Aclaro, no es la primera vez que nos pasa (ya van varias), hemos pedido y nos traen lo que ELLOS quieren, o nos dejan esperando y nunca llega, y encima se indignan.
Creo que si vas a ofrecer un servicio y te están pagando, al menos deberían asegurarse que lo que están vendiendo llegue bien a los clientes.
Puede que las pizzas sean muy buenas pero, la atención y el servicio que te dan es pésimo, tanto que te dan ganas de no volver a pedir y mejor cambiar de pizzería.

Yesterday I ordered 2 medium Italian pizzas, they were brought to me Hawaiian and we asked them to change it, it was easy and in my opinion rude to simply put the chorizo on top and deliver it already cold and not very presentable.
I clarify, it is not the first time that happens to us (there have already been several), we have asked and they bring us what THEY want, or they leave us waiting and it never arrives, and they are outraged.
I think if you are going to offer a service and they are paying you, they should at least make sure that what they are selling reaches the customers well.
The pizzas may be very good, but the attention and service they give you is terrible, so much so that it makes you want to never order again and better to change pizzeria.
