★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo soporte técnico, en repetidos Domingos se va el sistema y no hay nadie dando soporte. Qué no saben que los Domingos es un día super importante en la Industria Restaurantera? En otras ocaciones se les manda el comprobante del pago y aún así cortan el servicio. Su personal no tiene la mayor cortesía y educación en las llamadas. En General pésimo, ahora entiendo porque otros Sistemas dominan el mercado..
Terrible technical support, on repeated Sundays the system goes away and there is no one giving support. Don't you know that Sundays are a super important day in the Restaurant Industry? On other occasions they are sent proof of payment and still cut off the service. Your staff doesn't have the utmost courtesy and politeness on calls. In Terrible General, now I understand why other Systems dominate the market ..

Mes con mes pasa que cortan el sistema aunque pagamos siempre con semanas de anticipación, no contestan los teléfonos de soporte cuando reportamos el problema, además de exigir de manera prepotente en ocasiones los pagos siendo que con anticipación pagamos SIEMPRE, mandamos comprobantes al correo que se indicó, esto el mismo día de pago, no se de que sirve si al final;
1- no revisan el correo antes de exigir pagos.
2- aunque se pague antipadamente se va a cortar el sistema si o si, es cosa de mes con mes.
3- no hay personal que solucione problemas con velocidad y eficacia.
Para los que estamos en el ámbito restaurantero, sabemos la importancia de tener tu punto de venta funcionando al 100% todos los días de servicio.
Claro que no recomiendo el servicio de anova.
