No te las quieren devolver y te dan pretextos de que ellos ya no las tienen, ya que seguramente las han vendido.
Without your consent they take the original parts of your car and change the original ones for others.
They don't want to give them back to you and they give you excuses that they no longer have them, since they have surely sold them.
