Explicación: Hicimos un pedido de varios muebles el año pasado, somos foráneos por lo que fuimos a Guadalajara para revisar el pedido antes del envío. Nos dijeron que estaría cerrado porque se iban de vacaciones pero que harían el envío gratuito y que nos garantizaban que el pedido saliera bien y que además enviaran un poco de pintura adicional por si algún mueble se lastimaba en el envío. Pedimos de favor que nos mandaran vídeo antes de hacer el envío para revisar que todo estuviera completo y en orden. No lo hicieron. Los muebles llegaron sin pintura de varias zonas, el vidrio de una credenza llegó rayado y con marcas de portavasos. Aparentemente nos dieron los muebles de exhibición sin hacerles los arreglos necesarios. Pedimos nos enviaran la pintura (acuerdo previo que no cumplieron y no enviaron con el pedido) y después de tardar muchísimo en contestar el teléfono, no responder mensajes… Bloquearon el número para no dar seguimiento. Lastima, porque los diseños están padres pero la atención es mala. Si son foráneos cuidado con estos temas porque todo el trato había sido educado pero este tipo de cosas dan a entender la falta de madurez y formalidad de la empresa. • Furniture in areas without paint. • Scratched glass and cup marks. Explanation: We placed an order for several pieces of furniture last year, we are foreigners so we went to Guadalajara to review the order before shipping. They told us that it would be closed because they were going on vacation but that they would do the free shipping and that they guaranteed us that the order would go well and that they would also send some additional paint in case any furniture was damaged in the shipment. We kindly ask that you send us a video before making the shipment to check that everything is complete and in order. They didn't. The furniture arrived without paint from various areas, the glass of a credenza arrived scratched and with cup holder marks. Apparently they gave us the display furniture without making the necessary arrangements. We asked them to send us the painting (previous agreement that they did not fulfill and they did not send with the order) and after taking a long time to answer the phone, not responding to messages... They blocked the number so as not to follow up. Too bad, because the designs are cool but the attention is bad. If they are foreigners, be careful with these issues because the whole deal had been polite, but this type of thing suggests the company's lack of maturity and formality.
