THE ABORIOUS "SERVICE" OF DELIVERY ON THE COMPANY'S PART IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND MUCH LESS DEDICATED TO ITS CUSTOMERS, NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY LEAVE SOMEONE HANGING WHEN THE LAST SALES ARE URGENT AND EVEN HAVING A CHILD IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE TELEPHONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención por parte de la persona que atiende el teléfono, es una lástima que traten de esa manera a los clientes. Solicité un extintor que no entregaron en el tiempo prometido y cuando llamé para preguntar la respuesta fue que me habían tratado de llamar, porque habían escrito mal la dirección; cuando cuestioné si me iban a poder hacer la entrega ya que realmente lo necesitaba la respuesta fué: "Le estoy diciendo que teníamos mal anotada la dirección, así que dígame usted si lo va a querer o no" creo que no hay justificación para tratar a un cliente de esa manera.
Terrible service and attention from the person who answers the phone, it is a pity that they treat customers that way. I requested a fire extinguisher that was not delivered in the promised time and when I called to ask for the answer was that they had tried to call me, because they had miswritten the address; When I asked if they were going to be able to deliver me since I really needed it, the answer was: "I am telling you that we had the address wrong, so tell me if you will want it or not," I think there is no justification for treating A customer that way.
