★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Altamira. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment has lots of storage. A great addition to the rental is having both a beautiful courtyard and an upstairs terrace. We felt comfortable and secure.

The area is safe and has everything that you need for long or short stay. All that you any require can be found within walking distance. I would recommend 100%. Thank you for your hospitality!

I started at Leo’s place and I moved to three other locations during my stay because I wanted to see different neighborhoods in the historical district. Every apartment was fine some better than others, but none were as welcoming perfectly situated and accommodating as Leo’s… So from my last several weeks in Queretaro I move back to Antigua Altamira.
I’d say my favorite aspects were the inner Terrace, the lovely and spacious apartment itself, and the roof deck where I would spend hours every afternoon reading. Really, if you have a chance to book a room here… Don’t delay. I will absolutely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. We got an apartment style room with a kitchenette, en suite bathroom in a Colonial house right in the middle of Queretaro's lovely centre. Very close to La Cruz church and market. It has a great upstairs terrace where you can chill and enjoy the view. People running it are very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here. So many great things to mention -- the owner is, by far, the most accommodating person you could know. The building was so lovely, and extremely well-maintained. The rooftop patio was so great -- where we enjoyed early morning peacefulness, outdoor meals, communing with other guests, peace-filled sunsets, drinks with a view... it is fantastic! The location can't be beat for walking anywhere and everywhere in the historic center. Initially, we thought it might be too noisy for sleeping (since it is on a very popular street)... however it was one of the quietest and most peaceful places during the nighttime hours. We slept perfectly. Very grateful for the chance to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent about a month at Antigua Altamira and it was absolutely perfect. The apartments have everything you need, even some of those non-essential but nice-to-have appliances like a blender. The location was perfect... very central and close to the market, restaurants, etc... but still very quiet. The WiFi was fast and signal strong, I was even able to work on the rooftop deck (which was also amazing). Leo was a great host and super nice guy, and the other guests were all really interesting and nice people, it had a great community feeling. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in Querétaro!
