Beautiful architectural work, it is located on Calle 16 de Septiembre, between Motolinía and Isabel la Católica.
In this house was the Old Murguía House. Printer and publisher, Manuel Murguía founded the Murguía Bookstore here, at number 6 of what used to be Calle del Portal del Águila de Oro.
