★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los edificios más emblemáticos del municipio de Ecatepec, por algún tiempo fue ocupado por la cruz roja mexicana y de hecho así se le conoce aún, como la antigua cruz roja, sin embargo actualmente s se encuentra en total abandono y deterioro, dónde el único uso que se le da hoy en día es de refugio para delincuentes ,depósito de basura etc, sería importante que las autoridades hicieran algo para preservar el patrimonio de todos los ecatepenses, es un edifico realmente hermoso que vale la pena conservar.
