★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curieuse architecture mêlant un roman massif, un baroque espagnol ennuyeux et quelques éléments architectoniques italiens. Le monastère est massif lui aussi et plutôt rustique sans éléments très originaux. L'ensemble ne vaut pas vraiment le détour. Rien à voir avec l'extravagance et la magnificence des églises de Puebla par exemple. Cependant vivre un coucher ou lever de soleil dans le voisinage de ce bâtiment est une expérience assez magique, surtout depuis les toits terrasse des restaurants et cafés environnants.
 Curious architecture mixing a massive Romanesque, a boring Spanish Baroque and some Italian architectural elements. The monastery is also massive and rather rustic without very original elements. The whole thing is not really worth the detour. Nothing to do with the extravagance and the magnificence of the churches of Puebla for example. However, to experience a sunset or sunrise in the vicinity of this building is a rather magical experience, especially from the roof terraces of the surrounding restaurants and cafes.
