Al estar haciendo mi denuncia, intervenían otras personas ahí presentes, el caso es que se desviaba el propósito de mi denuncia. Sería bueno crear un protocolo de atención al ciudadano, donde seamos escuchados y después, orientarnos acerca de la normatividad y el proceso de seguimiento.
The service is fine, but I think there should be more order when serving you. When I was making my complaint, other people present intervened, the fact is that the purpose of my complaint was diverted. It would be good to create a protocol of attention to the citizen, where we are listened to and later, guide us about the regulations and the follow-up process.
