The people who work here and the owner/owners are CRIMINALS!!!! Do not give them 1 cent of your hard earned money!!!! Besides the silver which is hit and miss all the gem stones are FAKE!!!! They are Frauds!!!! LAIRS!!!! They took my friend and I for $1200 Canadian!!! At the end of Oct 2017!!! We had our jewelry looked at back home and everything was fake!!! Only real thing was a silver chain. Wish I never came here. The worst part is the hotel Riviera Maya Princess brings you here to shop so you think you trust them. But please do not!!! I was so upset!!! I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I wanted to give this store zero stars but had to give one just to post this review. So hopefully no one else gets taken for their money!!!!

Stay away from this store!!! They sold us a gold and sapphire ring really expensive. Next day before we flight back to the States. we took it to the store to get resized because it was a little big on me. With us in a hurry they’d asked us to come back for it in 30 min and because we were leaving that day we just thought that was perfect that way we can go back to the hotel and finish packing etc. 30 min after we went back there with the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport, we just looked at it really quick and left the store! Back in US I noticed that the ring had a different number inside than the ring that we bought so we took it to a jewelry store and end up being Silver no gold and the “stones” are just fake !!!!!

I went to this jewelry store on my vacation and bought a necklace with earings overall im happy with my purchase, i beleive the previous comments are from the competition since this is the biggest jewelry store here.

Went and shopped around there is a few stores here in the QUINTA av. But this one had a lot more to choose from and gave me a decent price for my gold ring, i do suggest to bargain with them because at the end i got the price i wanted to pay. Im happy

Purchased a beautiful ring there in January. The staff was more than helpful....bordering on pushy. Was told the ring was white gold and not being smart I trusted him. Was told it would be sized while we were enjoying our day. Picked up the ring just before having to board the bus back to the resort. It was lovely but seemed a little loose. Long story short. It was sterling silver and never got sized. Oh yeah and one of the small saffires fell out within a month. Note to self...just say no next time!

Got ripped off here unfortunately when buying silver! Do your research before shopping!
