M	Marlene Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mi familia, ordenamos sopes y algunos de ellos estaban extremadamente salados de algunas partes, al grado de sentir la sal al morder; lo reportamos y solicitamos nos cambiaran algunos (ya que no todos estaban salados) al final no repusieron los sopes que se llevaron para cambio, argumentando que habíamos comido x lo menos un poco de algunos y claro! Si fueron los primeros que probamos tenían que estar mordidos?...por eso nos dimos cuenta que estaban salados...lo mejor hubiera sido regresarles todas las órdenes! Su actitud fue como si no les fuéramos a pagar, y no reconocieron su error! Pagamos la cuenta que nos entregaron íntegra sin comentar nada y sin haber terminado; ya que no hay nada que decir ante quien atiende a sus clientes de esa manera... lo mejor es no regresar nunca! I went with my family, we ordered sopes and some of them were extremely salty in some parts, to the point of feeling the salt when biting; We reported it and asked to change some (since not all were salty) in the end they did not replace the sopes that they took for change, arguing that we had eaten at least a little of some and of course! If they were the first ones we tried, they had to be bitten? ... that's why we realized that they were salty ... the best thing would have been to return all the orders! Their attitude was as if we weren't going to pay them, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake! We paid the bill that they gave us in full without commenting on anything and without having finished; since there is nothing to say to those who serve their clients in that way ... it is best never to return!
