★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sali por la mañana del viernes a buscar que desayunar despues de haberme alojado en un Hotel cercano. Encontre esta fonda llamada la Kava, despues de caminar unas cuadras, al verlo me motivo irlo a visitar, sobre todo porque soy adicto al café y queria desayunar un antojito poblano. Pregunte a las señoras ¿que vendian y si tenian cafe de grano? a lo que respondieron que era cafe de olla, y volvi a preguntar que si era cafe de grano y me volvieron a decir lo mismo, entonces me dispuse a entrar y probar ya que otras ocasiones en lugares que venden cafe de olla lo hacen por lo menos con cafe de grano. Despues pedi un molote y una gorda, y el cafe, cuando me llevaron el cafe era tan dulce que ni siquiera se podia tomar y entonces le comente a la persona que me atendia que me lo cambiara, mientrasy que otra señora atras de ella oia, al parecer es la propietaria de la fonda. y si autorizo cambiarlo, pero por agua de nescafe, y al final a la hora de pagar me cobro, dos bebidas y le pregunte que porque si estaba fatalmente dulce, y ella me contesto que por no haber preguntado.
he trabajado en atencion al cliente y tambien como cliente en restaurants y fondas, entonces siempre es logico que el cliente lleve la preferencia pues es quien paga el producto y la relacion de compra no es satisfactoria. Nunca me habian hecho esto.
I left on Friday morning to find what to have breakfast after having stayed in a nearby hotel. I found this restaurant called Kava, after walking a few blocks, seeing it motivated me to go visit it, especially because I am addicted to coffee and wanted to have a poblano snack for breakfast. I asked the ladies what they sold and did they have whole grain coffee? To which they replied that it was pot coffee, and I asked again if it was grain coffee and they told me the same thing again, so I got ready to go in and try since other times in places that sell pot coffee they do it so less with coffee beans. Then I asked for a molote and a fat one, and the coffee, when they brought me the coffee it was so sweet that you couldn't even drink it and then I told the person who attended me to change it, while another lady behind her heard, Apparently she is the owner of the inn. And if I authorize changing it, but for Nescafe water, and at the end when I pay, I charge for two drinks and I asked her why it was fatally sweet, and she answered that for not having asked.
I have worked in customer service and also as a client in restaurants and inns, so it is always logical that the client takes the preference because he is the one who pays for the product and the purchase relationship is not satisfactory. They have never done this to me.
