★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente producto, en un mes baja trigliceridos y colesterol, tomándolo 2 cucharadas soperas en el desayuno como atole al medio día, como agua de uso, con 2 cucharadas y como cena atole con 2 cucharadas y sí baja, yo lo he hecho.
