Nace en 1982, con su fundadora la Sra Guadalupe Cuevas tras el fallecimiento de su esposo se da a la tarea de iniciar su negocio para el sustento de su familia, este origen da inicio en la ciudad de Huauchinango, Pue.es una localidad de la Sierra Norte, 10 años después se consolida como un establecimiento de comida típica y Mexicana de la región.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es rica, tienen platillos típicos, y el precio muy accesible, las ordenes son grandes, el sabor es el tradicional. Toman todas las medidas higiénicas. Lo único malo es que las patitas de pollo estaban frías. Todo lo demás muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi opcion numero 1 para comer antojitos tipicos de la region. Sugiero probar con un surtido, que como su nombre lo indica, incluye varios o todos de los antojitos. Estos son: molotes, taquitos, enchildas, tostadas, quesadillitas de pollo, y dobladas. Tambien recomiendo las patas de pollo y puerco en chiltepin. De bebida, sugiero un cafe con leche o una manzanita de Zacatlan. Suele estar mas lleno entre 8 y 10 pm. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta. El lugar esta muy limipio y es acojedor.
It is my number 1 option to eat typical snacks from the region. I suggest trying an assortment, which, as the name implies, includes several or all of the snacks. These are: molotes, taquitos, enchildas, tostadas, chicken quesadillitas, and folladas. I also recommend the chicken and pork legs in chiltepin. As a drink, I suggest a coffee with milk or a Zacatlan apple. It is usually more crowded between 8 and 10 pm. They do not accept card payments. The place is very clean and cozy.

La sazón está rica pero lo que casi no me gustó fue que la cecina tenía mucha grasa, esperaba que fuera asada tal vez debí de haber preguntado, la pedí con enchiladas verdes rellenas de carne de res pero tenía muy poca red. Tal vez vaya en otro momento y pruebe lo demás para poder seguir dando mi opinión, el agua de Jamaica estaba muy rica
