★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is one of the little restaurants you should visit so you can get a good taste from the Mexican gastronomy. Puebla is known for its great cuisine and this place shows a regular, simple, traditional and good pricing food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw their huge cemitas, and my daughter was eager to try one; however, they couldn't bother to serve us. At one point I went up and spoke with one of the cooks. She said if we were dining in she would send the server. I watched as she told him to come to our table. He ignored us for quite a while. And it wasn't because he was too busy. He was standing over to the side for a while until it was time to take someone else's payment. I finally flagged him down. He looked irritated and dropped two menus. I told him we already knew what we wanted to order, and he walked away. So we left.
