★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he pedido servicio a domicilio al contrario eh ahí directamente según yo para más rápido obtener mi pizza pero NO me han tardado de 30-40 minutos ahí yo entiendo que hay pedidos pero deberían dar preferencia también al que ahí está esperando gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace varios años era de las mejores pizzas de valle de chalco, hoy en día el servicio a domicilio esta muy mal organizado y lento, tan lento que mi pizza la pedí a las 6.30pm, dieron las 8.30pm y la cancele, dieron las 9.30pm y llego mi pizza, claro que le dije al repartidor que ya la había cancelado porque ya había pedido en otro lugar.
Hablando directamente de esta sucursal (ya que cuentan con 3) comer dentro de la pizzeria es hasta incómodo, todo el tiempo se la pasan peleando entre repartidores y las chicas de barra, el lugar esta lleno cajas con sobres de salsas, cajas de las mismas pizzas, refrescos por todos lados, hace unos años esto no estaba así, es lamentable el poco o nulo mantenimiento a las instalaciones.
La pizza tampoco es lo que era antes, en ocasiones la entregan cruda, se entiende la parte de los precios, todo esta subiendo, pero no por eso su servicio va a bajar

Speaking directly about this branch (since they have 3) eating inside the pizzeria is even uncomfortable, all the time they spend fighting between delivery men and the bar girls, the place is full of boxes with sachets of sauces, boxes of the same pizzas, soft drinks everywhere, a few years ago this was not the case, the little or no maintenance of the facilities is unfortunate.
The pizza is not what it used to be either, sometimes they deliver it raw, you understand the part of the prices, everything is going up, but that is not why their service is going to go down
