Very friendly and very attentive, doubts I had about the trip and the cost, doubts they clarified for me, the staff treated me super well, I went to Morelia with them and would go again.

I write this while I wait, sitting on the floor, for the bus to be fixed so we can go. It's my first trip with them and the bus broke down twice. One on the way (we spent more than two hours standing at dawn) and another before our last tour (two hours and counting). They justify themselves by saying that "these are things that happen" but they do not offer plan B or alternatives, practically forcing us to "understand" the situation. Lack of leadership to manage the group (we have left and arrived late everywhere). To make matters worse, the USB chargers on the bus don't work and the hotel where you stay has only two contacts in the entire room (so if you share with more than one person, they have to flip to see who charges their cell phone first). The price is affordable, but you get what you pay for (or less).
