★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienes que hacer mil llamadas para que te coticen, mil llamadas para que programen y el día de la instalación tardarán horas y te traen a puras vueltas, las chicas de mostrador nada educadas ni para contestar. Te dicen que van a instalar y te tienen más de 4 horas esperando, no te contestan y cuando lo hacen te dicen que no tienen forma de contactar al instalador, tres horas después te dicen que aún no ha salido ni siquiera y eso cuando logras que te conteste el gerente. Sobre aviso no hay engaño. PÉSIMO!. Terrible experiencia.

Las chicas de mostrador ni me saludaron, me dejaron esperando hasta que se le medio dió la gana preguntarme que quería, no se le escuchaba nada, no me ayudó en nada, solo me veía así como “que quieres?”… llegó otro señor e igual no lo volteó a ver por estar en la computadora.
Estoy de acuerdo que estén ocupadas pero son el primer contacto con el cliente, tienen que tener poquita disposición.

Se mando hacer una lona grande tardaron mucho tiempo en entregar y cuando lo hicieron la entregaron caliente y doblada por lo tanto la pintura se daño esta mal impresa se ve mocha la impresión y se niegan hacerse responsables. Se tuvo que meter queja ante profeco obvio en cuanto vieron el pésimo trabajo nos dieron la razón. La chica que atiende es déspota no dan solución. Así que cero recomendable este establecimiento un trabajo de más de 2000 pesos y no sirve para nada. Aguas no regalen su dinero
