★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En un principio prometen qué te tomaran las medidas y que cada mes podrás hacer estas pruebas, cuando me inscribí me dijeron que ellos me dirían cuando y jamás lo hicieron. Los instructores te ayudan si lo pides pero en sí no están tan al pendiente ahora, al principio que me inscribí si, pero parece que buscan que pagues el entrenamiento personalizado para realmente estar al pendiente. El lugar está bien pero para el prestigio de la marca tiene un espacio demasiado chico y mal ventilado, si vas a las 8 de la noche por ejemplo hace un calor infernal en los vestidores que sales sudado. Las regaderas en general estan bien, pero si se meten 3 personas al mismo tiempo te bañas casi pegado a la pared y con agua caliente intermitente. En cuanto a limpieza esta excelente siempre hay personal durante el dia limpiando baños, pisos y demás. El ambiente no esta mal la gente es amable en general. Al ser un lugar pequeño así que en horas pico es muy difícil encontrar equipo de cardio porque cuentan con pocas máquinas. Un gimnasio que ya está caro para lo que ofrece, existen gimnasios que ofrecen lo mismo o más a precios más económicos. En general no es mal gimnasio y sobretodo si eres alguien que viaja, ya que encuentras franquicias en diferentes partes de México y el mundo.

The showers in general are fine, but if 3 people get in at the same time you bathe almost close to the wall and with intermittent hot water. As for cleaning this excellent there are always staff during the day cleaning bathrooms, floors and others. The atmosphere is not bad people are friendly in general. Being a small place so in peak hours it is very difficult to find cardio equipment because they have few machines. A gym that is already expensive for what it offers, there are gyms that offer the same or more at cheaper prices. In general, it is not a bad gym and especially if you are someone who travels, since you find franchises in different parts of Mexico and the world.

Comparenlos con otros gimnasios.
Ahora el tema no es el equipo en si, es que la encargada te hostiga para que no los vayas a descomponer. Ni que fueras a romperlos.
Basicamente es una persona que le pagan para que te hostigue en todo tu entrenamiento.
Habra quien le guste y habra quien como yo prefieran privacidad a la hora de hacer cardio.
Ni se te ocurra bajarte el cubrebocas para respirar despues de un cardio intenso porque ya la tienes encima. Minimo te va a querer inyecciones de mesoterapia o unos tenis originales o un chamarra original, se ve que el sueldo es muy bajo porque ya no encuentra que mas venderte.
De verdad he tratado de llegar temprano para ver si ella aun no llega y llevar la fiesta en paz pero aqui anda antes de las 8am chingando.
Bueno pues, vayan y compruebenlo ustedes
