L	Laura Aguila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero puede mejorar mucho el gimnasio. Algunas de mis observaciones son: -Dar mantenimiento a sus equipos. Se ven muy desgastados, y puede se incluso peligroso. -Si bien los coaches no dan rutina personalizada, por lo menos deberían enseñar el uso de los aparatos y ver que se realicen adecuadamente los ejercicios para evitar lesiones, más si es la primera vez que se acude. -Hay muy pocos aparatos. -Falta de agua en los baños. -Se encierra mucho el calor, hay muchas personas, no parece que controlen el aforo, ni las medidas sanitarias con la limpieza de equipos. Los puntos a favor son: -Buena ubicación. -El estacionamiento es amplio y gratuito. I think the gym can improve a lot. Some of my observations are: -Maintain your equipment. They look very worn, and can be even dangerous. -While the coaches do not give a personalized routine, they should at least teach the use of the devices and see that the exercises are carried out properly to avoid injuries, especially if it is the first time they go. -There are very few devices. -Lack of water in the bathrooms. -The heat is very close, there are many people, it does not seem that they control the capacity, nor the sanitary measures with the cleaning of equipment. The points in favor are: -Good ubication. -Parking is ample and free.

Lo que está peor es que el staff de entrenadores no cumplen mi hacen cumplir las reglas (máscaras, limpiar los aparatos, regresar las pesas a su lugar...). The gym is ok, some cardio machines don't work but it's normal for them to fail to some extent. What is worse is that the coaching staff do not comply with my rules (masks, clean the equipment, return the weights to their place...).

Faltan un poco más aparatos y que se de mantenimiento a los que están fuera de servicio. Recomiendo llevar audífonos y tú música, a menos que quieras escuchar reggaeton todo el tiempo. Good place to exercise. The trainers are friendly, they explain how to use the devices. A few more devices are missing and maintenance is required for those that are out of service. I recommend bringing headphones and your music, unless you want to listen to reggaeton all the time.

Excellent attention from the coach's, very good facilities, spacious, clean, all super comfortable ....
