Quiere decir que el gym es 24 7 pero el acceso a la zona comercial no lo es The gym is basically good, a little reduced. What does not help is that parking and access to sonata opens from 6 am. G	Gelio Castro Gracida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho el hecho de ser 24 horas, ya que prácticamente a la hora que tengas disponible o tengas ganas de entrenar acudes al gimnasio y listo. Es un gimnasio algo reducido, por lo que en horas pico estarán entre 3 y 4 personas esperando a ocupar el mismo aparato. Cuentan con clases de Box, yoga, insanity, spinning, etc. Pero constantemente cambian los horarios de clases, por lo que a algunas personas eso les puede afectar. Los baños son individuales(3 de hombres, 3 de mujeres y 1 unisex), con retrete, lavamanos y regadera, por lo que está excelente para personas que toman muy en cuenta la privacidad. Sin embargo en uno de los baños en una ocasión la puerta corredisa de vidrio de la regadera reventó en frente de mi, a causa de los cambios de temperatura del agua, pudiendo ocasionar un accidente grave, por lo que deberían de revisar la calidad de los vidrios. No cuentan con casilleros, sólo tienen repisas. No obstante es un gimnasio muy bien vigilado, ya que tienen cámaras de vigilancia en todas partes. Cuentan con agua para rellenar tu bote y vasitos de papel por si no llevas bote, la disponibilidad del agua llega a variar ya que en contadas ocasiones me llegó a tocar que se quedaban sin agua. Los martes tienen cafe gratis y los jueves plátanos y manzanas gratis (se terminan conforme pasa el dia). Estuve inscrito 1 año. They have water to fill your boat and paper cups in case you don't have a boat, the availability of water varies since on rare occasions I got to touch that they ran out of water. They have free coffee on Tuesdays and free bananas and apples on Thursdays (they finish as the day goes on). I was registered for 1 year.

El único Gym que te cuida con líneas directas de emergencia y tiene Lunes de Café! 24 hours, good equipment, private showers, sanitation and cleaning!
