It really stinks the service of this organization ... It cannot be that they take more than 3 months in a process of total loss, they are liars and still incomplete deliver the files! Terrible service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una parvada de pillos !!!! 3 meses y contando y no pueden pagar un auto robado...sus teléfonos no sirven nunca contestan... no saben nada, asesoran mal a los clientes...en fin, son una prueba a la paciencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrible comunicarte a su centro de atención al cliente, estamos solicitando la devolución de primas no devengadas por liquidación de crédito de auto y es una verdadera pena que no te contesten y pongan en su grabación que el número de contrato que ellos dan esta mal, este trámite debería ser en automático no estar rogandoles
It is horrible to contact your customer service center, we are requesting the return of unearned premiums for auto credit settlement and it is a real shame that they do not answer you and put in your recording that the contract number they give is wrong, this procedure should be automatic, not begging them
