★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé dos noches y me encantó! Es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro porque se encuentra dentro de un fraccionamiento privado.
La habitación tiene lo esencial, la hace falta una gaveta o ropero sencillo para tener tu ropa más al alcance y ordenada.
El personal es súper amable, TODOS estaban super atentos y preguntaban si se nos ofrecía algo.
Me encantó el café americano que ofrecen, no es como el de otros lugares que está súper cargado e irritante.
Otro plus son sus servicios de spa, mi esposo y yo tomamos un circuito en pareja y fue una experiencia super relajante, Lupita y Silvia hicieron un excelente trabajo, ya nos hacía falta un poco de mimo y desestrés puesto que nosotros no habíamos salido a ningún lado desde marzo que comenzó la pandemia.
En general recomiendo mucho este lugar :)
I stayed two nights and loved it! It is a very quiet and safe place because it is located within a private gated community.
The room has the essentials, you need a simple drawer or wardrobe to have your clothes more within reach and orderly.
The staff is super friendly, EVERYONE was super attentive and asked if something was offered to us.
I loved the American coffee they offer, it is not like other places that is super loaded and annoying.
Another plus is their spa services, my husband and I took a circuit as a couple and it was a super relaxing experience, Lupita and Silvia did an excellent job, we already needed a little pampering and de-stress since we had not gone anywhere side since March the pandemic began.
Overall I highly recommend this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es excelente, todo el tiempo están al pendiente de la atención y buen trato, ofrecen variedad de masajes a muy buen precio y valen mucho la pena. Ofrecen desayuno incluido el cual es muy bueno y si prefieres tienen servicio a la carta. El lugar no es muy grande y las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero muy confortables; si buscas un lugar donde relajarte, aquí es una buena opción. Lo recomiendo

Siendo el centro de prácticamente la totalidad de actividades es increíble que no disponga de un sistema de filtración continua y ni un sistema de limpieza de la superficie. Pelos, insectos, suciedad. Por lo demás, excelente trato desde el gerente hasta las camareras, ninguna queja en ese sentido. Las habitaciones limpias, los baños con instalaciones modernas. Mi puntuación no puede ser mayor, ya que el principal motivo por el que escogimos este hotel, fue la piscina y si no cumple con un mínimo de higiene, pues no merece la pena.
I was quite disappointed with the pool. Being the center of practically all activities, it is incredible that it does not have a continuous filtration system or a surface cleaning system. Hair, insects, dirt. For the rest, excellent treatment from the manager to the waitresses, no complaints in that regard. Clean rooms, bathrooms with modern facilities. My score could not be higher, since the main reason we chose this hotel was the pool and if it does not meet a minimum of hygiene, then it is not worth it.
