★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He leído los últimos comentarios y nunca he entendido, porque las empresas de seguridad en primer lugar piden documentos originales para contratarte y en segundo lugar porque no los regresan cuando la gente renuncia. En la gran mayoría de las empresas eso no pasa, solo con tus copias y quizá a veces cotejando esos documentos es suficiente.
 I have read the last comments and I have never understood, because the security companies in the first place ask for original documents to hire you and secondly because they do not return them when people resign. In the vast majority of companies that does not happen, only with your copies and perhaps sometimes checking those documents is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pagos puntuales y de finiquito aceptable el Servicio fuerte de ellos es Residencial Frondoso pero el Gerente de ahí quita y cambia de elementos y nadie quiere ir después de haber estado en ese servicio pagaban $9000 mensuales hace 2 años y si te traen en chinga.
Punctual payments and acceptable settlement. Their strong service is Residencial Frondoso, but the Manager there removes and changes elements and nobody wants to go after having been in that service, they paid $9,000 a month 2 years ago and if they bring you in hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta para administrativos mal lugar, no me pagaron lo que trabajé, al pedirlo me hicieron dar varias vueltas y de todas formas no lo pagaron. Querían pagar menos del pago correspondiente. No pagan días festivos. El primer día ahí salí a las 10 pm. Hasta para darme mis documentos me lo tardaron dos meses. No dan las altas en el IMSS, sueldos libres de impuestos porque o no te da de alta e IMSS o pagan menos, por tanto ISR imagino que tampoco lo pagan, la gente tiene pésima actitud de servicio... Se les olvida que ellos también van a salir un día de ahí.
En el caso de las condiciones para guardias, mucho peores...

They wanted to pay less than the corresponding payment. They do not pay holidays. The first day there I left at 10 pm. Even to give me my documents it took me two months. They don't give registrations in the IMSS, tax-free salaries because either they don't register you with IMSS or they pay less, so I imagine that ISR doesn't pay it either, people have a lousy service attitude... They forget that they too they will get out of there one day.
