★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los contacté vía whatsapp y acordamos pagar con tarjeta a través de su página, pero el mismo día que esta persona me dijo que podía pagar por su página, una vez hecho el pago me dijo que habían tenido problemas con el operador de los pagos, y que no me lo podían hacer válido ya, y que yo debía contactar directamente a dicho operador para pedir mi reembolso. Esta persona simplemente se lavó las manos y no mostró ni el mínimo interés en ayudarme, siendo que fue error suyo, y yo un cliente nuevo. Terrible experiencia.
I contacted them via whatsapp and we agreed to pay by card through their page, but the same day that this person told me that he could pay for his page, once the payment was made he told me that they had had problems with the payment operator, and that they could not make it valid for me anymore, and that I had to directly contact said operator to request my refund. This person simply washed his hands and showed not the slightest interest in helping me, since it was his mistake, and I was a new client. Terrible experience.
