Después de tener un diagnóstico, te ofrecen de manera ética , cual es el equipo de audición que necesitas. Mi experiencia fue muy buena y los recomiendo mucho. Hoy, 6/agosto/21,un poco más de un año; puedo seguir súper recomendando esta sucursal de Comaudi. En especial quiero hacer mención, como lo comenté hace tiempo, la Srita. Roció De recepción, siempre que he solicitado información, citas, cualquier duda,etc; ha sido muy atenta y amable. También quiero agradecer al a Srita. Charmaine, por su trabajo tan profesional y ética. Yo sufro de Tinnitus y me ha asesorado y apoyado mucho para poder utilizar mi aparato auditivo al máximo y entender mi padecimiento. Así encontré Comaudi y observé que tenía muy buenas referencias. Fui dirigido a esta sucursal de Polanco y todas mis expectativas fueron superadas gratamente. El trato es respetuoso, amable y empático por el personal que labora ahí. Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de todas nuestras inquietudes por muy absurdas que de pronto nos parecieran a nosotros. Nos dieron todas las facilidades y mi mamá quedó satisfecha tanto del estudio que le realizaron, el diagnóstico, las pruebas y los aparatos. Estos últimos recién se los entregaron ayer pero desde ese momento y hasta ahora que escribo esta reseña ya no los suelta y la mejoría se ha notado drásticamente, le han devuelto calidad de vida y les estamos muy agradecidos por eso.
