Super recomendable el lugar, hogareño y cumple todas las expectativas de comodidad.
I have approximately 08 months leasing in this property, so in this period everything has been of excellence, they support you in anything, even if it is the minimum they are always aware of their tenants. The place is highly recommended, homely and meets all expectations of comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son confortables y limpias, te sientes en casa y la estadía es placentera, he estado por tres meses el año pasado y todo ha sido muy bueno, no se puede encontrar nada igual por ese precio.
Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, una zona muy segura y el trato con la gerencia es muy amable y cordial, su atención es de primera. Muy recomendado.
The facilities are comfortable and clean, you feel at home and the stay is pleasant, I have been there for three months last year and everything has been very good, you cannot find anything like it for that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricardo est un hôte formidable, un propriétaire sérieux et honnête. Il a veillé à ce que tout soit prêt avant qu'on emménage dans l'appartement, petites réparations et ménage. L'endroit est très calme et éloigné de la route principale. On peut apprécier un joli jardin qu'on se croirait dans une mini jungle dans le cœur de Tapachula. Ricardo est plus qu'un propriétaire mais une personne avec un grand cœur qui est toujours prêt à rendre service. Les prix sont abordables pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent rester un petit temps dans la ville de Tapachula. Un contrat de minimum 2 mois est avantageux pour les gens qui ne souhaitent pas s'attarder mais souhaitent quand même profiter de l'intimité d'un appartement. Le Gaz, l'eau, l'électricité, internet, un petit espace gym, tout est compris dans le loyer.

Ricardo is a great host, a serious and honest owner. He made sure everything was ready before we moved into the apartment, small repairs and cleaning. The place is very quiet and away from the main road. You can enjoy a pretty garden that feels like a mini jungle in the heart of Tapachula. Ricardo is more than an owner but a person with a big heart who is always ready to help. The prices are affordable for travelers who wish to stay for a while in the town of Tapachula. A minimum 2-month contract is advantageous for people who do not want to linger but still want to enjoy the privacy of an apartment. Gas, water, electricity, internet, a small gym area, everything is included in the rent.

It is perfect for couples and singles who are traveling , looking for a quiet and private place to work remotely from home while enjoying a beautiful view in front of the garden . In the monthly rent it includes , electricity, gas, wifi, laundry room and at-home gym and it is fully furnished apartments making it super comfortable and saving money at the same time . My partner and I love the garden and patio decorations. Ricardo is truly a noble and generous person and has gone above and beyond to make us feel safe and at home.
