Acabo de marcar a la sucursal de Atlalilco y lejos de darme información una persona empezó a hablar que las líneas estaban saturadas y me colgó. Pues que clase de servicio es ese?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se llego 20 minutos antes y la srita que esta en recepción muy cortante, aun que iban atrasados se negó atender ya que según ellos son muy puntuales, cuando es mentira ya que mientras estuve esperando a queme reagendara platique con la gente que estaba esperando y tenían 1 hora de retraso, debes de llegar una hora antes aunque te pasen 2 hrs después.
Y justo haciendo mi publicación, un señor llego 1 hora antes y no lo quiso atender porque había gente delante de el y tenia que esperar su turno.
Entonces quien fregados los entiende sino llegas 1/2 hora antes no te atienden y si llegas una hora antes tampoco.
Es una asociación que carece de sentido humano, la mayoria es de la tercera edad y no es justo que sea tan inhumanos
It arrived 20 minutes before and the young lady at the reception desk was very curt, even though they were late, she refused to attend because according to them they are very punctual, when it is a lie because while I was waiting for her to reschedule I talked with the people who were waiting and they had 1 hour late, you must arrive an hour before even if it happens 2 hours later.
And just doing my publication, a man arrived 1 hour before and did not want to attend to him because there were people in front of him and he had to wait his turn.
So whoever understands them if you don't arrive 1/2 hour before they don't attend to you and if you arrive an hour before either.
It is an association that lacks human meaning, most of them are elderly and it is not fair that they are so inhuman
