★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería, que falta de profesionalismo, de ética, de organización y na falta respeto para todos sus clientes, desde la una de tarde con una cita previamente echa con una semana de anterioridad y todavía con todo eso son las 5 de la tarde y nada que atienden a las personas que estamos hay a la espera eso incluye a personas de la tercera edad y el personal nisiquiera te da una explicación por más que les preguntas solo están hay platicando entre ellas por lo tanto ni el personal ni los doctores sirven en ese supuesto hospital les recomiendo no ir

Tenía cita desde las 11 am eran casi las 4pm y seguian sin atender. El personal no dice nada y ni una disculpa ofrecen. ¿Para esto se saca cita? Digo, finalmente cobran un servicio uno paga y espera que se respete esa cita.
No se vale que tengan a gente de la tercera edad esperando HORAS Y HORAS ¿Eso les parece buen servicio? Ah, y cabe mencionar que el servicio de "Urgencias" no es de urgencia, porque finalmente te dejan al último (lo mismo que las citas con espera de 5 horas) y aun así pagas tus 600 pesos para que te atiendan. Si sacas cita te tardan, si vas de urgencia te tardan, la única diferencia es cuanto quieres pagar :) . No deben ofrecer servicios si no están capacitados para darlos, y mucho menos sacar citas si no saben la capacitad de personas que pueden atender por hora , de igual forma si no tienen los OFTALMOLOGOS necesarios, por favor, LIMITEN sus citas al día. Así solo dejan un mal sabor de boca de esta asociación
Terrible service.
I had an appointment since 11 am it was almost 4 pm and they were still not attending. The staff said nothing and did not offer an apology. Is this why an appointment is made? I mean, finally they charge a service one pays and hopes that that appointment is respected.
It is not worth having seniors waiting HOURS AND HOURS. Does that sound like good service? Oh, and it is worth mentioning that the "Emergency" service is not urgent, because finally they leave you last (the same as appointments with a 5-hour wait) and still you pay your 600 pesos to be treated. If you make an appointment they take you, if you go urgently they take you, the only difference is how much you want to pay :). They should not offer services if they are not trained to give them, and much less make appointments if they do not know the capacity of people who can attend by the hour, in the same way if they do not have the necessary OPHTHALMOLOGISTS, please LIMIT their appointments to the day. So they only leave a bad taste in the mouth of this association

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Servicio, acudí a cita de revisión y el personal es muy amable, desde la entrada se puede observar el profesionalismo y la ética con la cual laboran, debo reconocer que si es un poco tardado la atención entre cada paciente; pero esto es porque te resuelven todas tus dudas y te realizan una revisión completa.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Sacar una cita es muy difícil, las señoras recepcionistas tardan mucho en contestar y cuando te contestan te cuelgan, les pagarán por llamada entrante o qué... mejor vayan a sacar su cita personalmente, aunque implique doble viaje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui a qué me hicieran una chalazion y resulta que ahí no lo pueden hacer, me mandaron a Coyoacán, entonces de que sirve que esté la clínica aquí en las Américas, si a final de cuentas me mandan a otra sucursal,deberían de tener todos los Servicios en todas sus clinicas. Pésimo servicio.
I went to have a chalazion done and it turns out that they can't do it there, they sent me to Coyoacán, so what's the use of having the clinic here in the Americas, if in the end they send me to another branch, they should have all Services in all its clinics. Terrible service.
