★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una observación, ya he acudido en varias ocasiones y tienen muy buen servicio, aunque insuficiente estacionamiento ( acudí a la sucursal de Miramontes) y mi pregunta es : por qué no nos dan el diagnóstico o escrito o graduación que nececito para mis anteojos. A fuerzas tengo que regresar a ha ermelos con ustedes, dónde queda mi derecho de poder elegir otra opinión.
Si yo pagué por mi estudio mínimo que me lo den . . . No creen?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarde 2 hrs a pesar de que llevaba irá, si no es por qué pregunto no pasan a mi hija, no tenían sistema y no pudieron darme el presupuesto de los lentes, quedaron de enviarlo por correo, llame y después de varios intentos quedaron por 2da vez de mandarlo y nada, así llevo más de una semana , la atención telefónica no existe y el chat PÉSIMO, creo que solo lo atiende una persona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica solo de estudios de diagnóstico , pueden realizarse OCT(tomografía ) campimetría, tratamientos como inyecciones y fotocoahulacion laser, además de consulta de primera vez. Aceptan tarjeta y tienen servicio de óptica. El estacionamiento es pequeño, pero puedes estacionarte en una plaza que está a dos cuadras.
Clinical diagnostic studies only, can be performed OCT (tomography) campimetry, treatments such as injections and laser photocoamulation, in addition to first-time consultation. They accept card and have optics service. The parking lot is small, but you can park in a square that is two blocks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Es una lástima porque era excelente. Su servicio de citas no sirve, ni aún cuando se confirme: el día de la cita te cancelan sin importar nada.
Terrible service. It's a shame because it was excellent. Their dating service doesn't work, even when confirmed: the day of the appointment they cancel you no matter what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención ya que aun teniendo cita te la cancelan sin que ellos te notifiquen y te dicen que tú cita era hace un mes atrás y uno agenda la cita el 22 de abril y te dicen que era el 10 de abril
